Helix WD Customer Survey - DO THIS BEFORE NOVEMBER 20!

Dear Friends,
 
In an effort to help the Board and the future of the District, we have put together a customer survey to gather YOUR views, opinions and information. PLEASE participate and forward to other Helix Water District customers as the information obtained will help YOU.
 

• Our survey of residential customers (YOU) begins today and is available through November 20th.
• There are three ways to complete the survey:
  • Probe Research is emailing a link to the survey to just under 26,900 residential accounts for which we have a current email address.
  • CLICK on the link Take Our Customer Survey article on our website this morning that lists the three ways customers can take the survey and provides a link (ENTER YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER). This article will be featured at the top of our homepage through November 20th.
  • YOU may also request and complete a printed copy of the survey at the customer service counter in the administration office.
