    • Net zero adjustment – actual costs offset any adjustments due to projects requiring additional funding.

    • Progress is moving well, some objectives have been completed, no delays.

MY Water Politics:

• My seat was not renewed for the ACWA (Association of CA Water Agencies) Communications Committee  – how IRONIC! I am hoping that it was just a mistake and put me back on, for Region 10 (Orange County and San Diego County) there are 5 people from Orange County and Only 2 from San Diego County…that seems very odd, since the last time I checked San Diego County is A LOT bigger than Orange County and perhaps the same or more in population!

Helix Water Talks: Then & Now
We will be hosting our first Helix Water Talks at the Administration Office on Saturday, January 27. Attendees will tour our three-floor collection of historic photos and artifacts, and learn about the history of Helix, our water supply and what has changed over the years. We have previously hosted Helix Water talks at the operations center and treatment plant.
